Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Products are shipped between Monday to Friday and not on Australian public holidays. We aim to ship out within one business day so that all orders are delivered within expected time frames.
We ship from Sydney, Australia with Australia Post and SENDLE so all delivery times are as follows:
If sending within NSW:
Metro – 2-5 business days
Country – up to 7 business days
If sending interstate:
Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Country – Please ask at your local post office
STANDARD shipping within Australia is at a flat rate of $8 per order
We offer free STANDARD shipping on ALL orders over $80
If you require express shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will arrange express shipping based on your location. All express shipping fees are to be paid for by the customer regardless of the value of the order.
If you would like to make an international order – please contact us first on info@tribalbeach.com.au. All international shipping will be paid for by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, all purchases will be left with an 'authority to leave' instruction if there is no one home. If there is no place safe to leave the parcel, a card will be left and you will have to collect the bundle from the post office or arrange for re-delivery. Please note a re-delivery fee may apply.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes – please make sure the address is a residential or business address.
Please make sure all details are correct before placing your order. We accept no responsibility for products that are delivered to wrong location due to incorrect details given to us. If sending to a hospital or ward, please include as much detail as possible and, if needed, please call the hospital in advance to be advised on what information to include.
RETURNS
Unfortunately we do not offer returns on products due to change of mind.
If a product is faulty, please contact us first on info@tribalbeach.com.au with a photo of the faulty item and a description. We will then instruct you on the returns process. This must be done within 7 days after delivery.
We do offer exchange only on swimwear. If the swimwear is an incorrect size, please contact us on info@tribalbeach.com.au with your reason for exchange and we will instruct you on the exchange process. All swimwear must be in original condition, in original packaging, with all tags attached and the sanitary sticker still in tact. If this is not adhered to, no exchange will be processed. A credit note can be issued should you not find anything at the time.
All postage returns are at the cost of the customer.
